I will explain the benefits of water for the human body, namely:

Drinking water needs of the average man is 2 liters per day. However, be different if you often need to do physical exercise, overweight, or live in hot climates, should drink more.
The recommended drinking water here is pure water, not beer, coffee, tea, fruit juice though, and the like. Therefore, the kind that is not pure water that contains other ingredients such as alcohol, caffeine, tannin, and sugar.
